Where the Buyer is a consumer, all mandatory consumer rights under applicable Lithuanian and European Union law apply.

These General Terms and Conditions apply together with:

2. Formation of the contract

To place an order, the Buyer selects goods or services, adds them to the shopping cart, provides the information required for the order, chooses delivery and payment methods and confirms the order.

Before submitting the order, the Buyer is given an opportunity to review these General Terms and Conditions, Delivery Information, Product Returns and Privacy Policy.

Where submitting an order creates an obligation to pay, the order button or equivalent function must clearly and unambiguously indicate that placing the order creates an obligation to pay.

A contract is concluded when the Buyer properly submits an order and it is accepted by the online store, unless the conditions applicable to a specific product, service or payment method provide otherwise.

The Buyer must provide accurate and complete information required for processing the order.

Order confirmations and purchase information may be sent electronically to the email address supplied by the Buyer.

Where applicable, invoices or other purchase documents may also be provided electronically.

3. Products, services and prices

The main characteristics and price of each product or service and other information relevant to the purchase are displayed on the product or service page and during checkout.

The final amount payable, including applicable delivery and other additional charges, is displayed before the order is confirmed.

The Seller takes reasonable steps to keep prices, descriptions, availability and other information accurate.

Product images are illustrative. Actual colours or appearance may vary slightly because of display settings, lighting or insignificant manufacturer changes. This does not restrict the Buyer's rights where the goods do not conform to the contract.

If an obvious technical error results in incorrect pricing, availability or other material information and the order cannot objectively be fulfilled, the Seller will contact the Buyer and resolve the situation in accordance with applicable law. Amounts paid for an order that cannot be fulfilled will be refunded where due.

4. Payment

Depending on the order, payment methods may include:

  • online banking;
  • payment cards;
  • bank transfer;
  • cash, where available;
  • instalment or financing services;
  • other payment methods displayed during checkout.

Available methods and applicable conditions are displayed before order confirmation.

Where advance payment is required, processing or reservation of goods may begin after payment has been received or confirmed.

Third-party payment or financing services may also be subject to the relevant provider's terms.

5. Order processing and delivery

Orders may be placed online 24 hours a day.

Availability and delivery times may depend on stock at the Seller's or supplier's warehouse, delivery method and destination, payment confirmation and objective logistics circumstances.

The estimated delivery time applicable to a particular order may be displayed on the product page, in the shopping cart or during checkout.

Delivery methods, prices, store collection, additional delivery services and receipt of shipments are described in the separate Delivery Information.

The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate delivery and recipient details.

6. Buyer's rights and obligations

The Buyer has the right to purchase goods and services under these Terms, receive legally required information, receive information about the order, exercise statutory withdrawal rights where applicable and make claims regarding defective or non-conforming goods.

The Buyer must provide accurate information, pay all charges clearly disclosed before the order is confirmed, receive or collect the order as agreed, use the online store lawfully and keep account credentials secure.

7. Seller's rights and obligations

The Seller will provide access to the online store, fulfil accepted orders according to the agreed conditions, provide legally required information, supply conforming goods and services, comply with applicable consumer and data-protection law and handle customer complaints.

The Seller may restrict access where there is a reasonable basis to suspect abuse, interference with system security or other unlawful activity.

Such measures may not be used to deprive consumers of rights already acquired under applicable law.

8. Product conformity and legal guarantee

The Seller is liable for conformity of consumer goods as required by applicable law.

Consumers generally benefit from a two-year statutory legal guarantee from delivery unless applicable law provides otherwise in a particular case.

Any commercial warranty provided by the manufacturer, Seller or another guarantor is additional and may not restrict statutory consumer rights.

For non-conforming goods, consumers will generally first have the right to request repair or replacement, subject to feasibility and proportionality.

A price reduction or termination of the contract and refund may be available in the circumstances provided by law.

For goods purchased from 31 July 2026, where the consumer chooses repair instead of replacement during the statutory guarantee period, the legal guarantee is extended by one additional year in the cases provided by applicable law.

Further information is available in Product Returns.

9. Withdrawal and returns

Consumers purchasing at a distance generally have the right to withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to statutory exceptions.

The withdrawal right may not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.

Accordingly, photographs, photo gifts and other products manufactured according to photographs, text, layout, design, dimensions or other individual instructions supplied by the customer may be excluded from the ordinary 14-day withdrawal right.

This does not affect rights relating to defective or non-conforming personalised goods.

Detailed conditions are set out in Product Returns.

10. Personal data

Personal data are processed for order administration, payments, delivery, customer support, warranties, compliance with legal obligations, website security and other lawful purposes.

Processing necessary to enter into or perform an order is not based solely on mandatory consent where another lawful basis applies.

Consent for direct marketing or non-essential technologies is collected separately where required.

Further information is provided in the Privacy Policy.

11. Liability

The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of information supplied to the Seller and for keeping account credentials secure.

The parties are liable for failure to perform their obligations in accordance with applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts mandatory consumer rights.

The Seller is not liable for failure to perform to the extent that such failure results from circumstances for which the Seller is not responsible under applicable law.

12. Complaints and disputes

Please first contact UAB “Addmore”:

Email: [email protected]
Phone: +370 604 01010

The Seller aims to resolve disputes through direct negotiations.

If a consumer dispute cannot be resolved directly, the consumer may apply to the Lithuanian State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (VVTAT) or another competent consumer dispute resolution body.

The former EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform is no longer referenced.

13. Changes and final provisions

The Seller may update these Terms following changes to law, online-store functionality, services or business processes.

The version in force when the order was placed applies to that order unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Lithuanian law applies to these Terms and purchase contracts. Where the Buyer is a consumer residing in another country, this does not deprive the consumer of mandatory protections applicable under the relevant conflict-of-law rules.

If one provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in force.
