Product Return

1. 14-day right of withdrawal

A consumer who purchases goods online generally has the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to statutory exceptions.

The 14-day period normally begins when the consumer, or a person designated by the consumer other than the carrier, receives the goods.

To exercise this right, the consumer must clearly notify UAB “Addmore” of the decision to withdraw within the applicable period.

No reason for the return is required.

2. How to notify us and return goods

You may notify us by:

Email: [email protected]
Phone: +370 604 01010
or by using the electronic withdrawal function provided in the online store.

We recommend providing your order number, name, returned product and contact details.

Where the electronic withdrawal function is used, receipt of the withdrawal will be confirmed on a durable medium as required by applicable law.

After notifying us of withdrawal, the goods must be sent or handed back without undue delay and no later than 14 days afterwards, unless another arrangement is agreed.

Goods may be returned to a UAB “Addmore” store or by another method agreed with the Seller.

3. Condition of returned goods

A consumer may inspect and test goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, in a manner comparable to inspection in a physical store.

Returned goods should be properly packaged and include all accessories, components, instructions and other items supplied with them.

We recommend keeping the original packaging, particularly where it is needed to transport the product safely.

Absence of the original packaging does not in itself remove a statutory right of withdrawal.

The consumer may be liable for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

4. Return costs

When goods of satisfactory quality are returned under the 14-day withdrawal right, the consumer normally bears the direct cost of returning the goods, unless:

  • UAB “Addmore” agrees to bear the cost;
  • the consumer was not properly informed that the cost would be borne by them;
  • applicable law provides otherwise.

Where goods are returned because they are defective, non-conforming or incorrectly supplied, costs that legally fall on the Seller will not be transferred to the consumer.

5. Refunds

Following withdrawal, UAB “Addmore” will refund the applicable amounts without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving notice of withdrawal.

The refund includes the price paid for the goods and, where required by law, the standard delivery cost paid by the consumer.

Additional delivery costs resulting from the consumer choosing a more expensive method than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by the Seller need not be refunded.

Refunds are normally made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise expressly agreed without additional cost to the consumer.

Where permitted by law, the Seller may withhold the refund until the goods are received or evidence of dispatch is provided, whichever occurs first.

6. Exceptions to the withdrawal right

The statutory withdrawal right may not apply to, among others:

  • goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised;
  • perishable goods;
  • sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons after being unsealed;
  • goods which become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery;
  • unsealed audio, video or software products where the statutory exception applies;
  • other goods or contracts specified by applicable law.

Photographs, photo gifts and other products manufactured according to a customer's uploaded photographs, text, layout, dimensions, design or other individual instructions may qualify as personalised goods and therefore may not be covered by the ordinary 14-day withdrawal right.

This exception does not affect rights relating to defective or non-conforming personalised goods.

7. Defective, damaged, incorrect or incomplete goods

Please contact:

Email: [email protected]
Phone: +370 604 01010

We recommend providing:

  • the order number;
  • a description of the issue;
  • photographs of the product;
  • photographs of the defect or damage where possible;
  • photographs of the packaging where relevant;
  • details of any missing component.

You may also indicate your preferred remedy.

Any request will be assessed according to applicable law and the circumstances of the case.

8. Legal guarantee

Consumers benefit from a two-year statutory legal guarantee, unless applicable law provides otherwise in a particular case.

Any commercial manufacturer's or Seller's warranty is additional and does not restrict statutory consumer rights.

For non-conforming goods, the consumer will generally first be entitled to request repair or replacement, subject to proportionality and feasibility.

A price reduction or termination of the contract and refund may be available in the circumstances provided by law.

For goods purchased from 31 July 2026, choosing repair instead of replacement may, where the statutory conditions are met, result in the legal guarantee being extended by one additional year.

9. Proof of purchase

For a return or complaint, we may request an order number, invoice, receipt or other information enabling us to identify the purchase.

The purchase may also be demonstrated using other evidence permitted by applicable law.

10. Complaints and disputes

Please first contact UAB “Addmore” at:

If a consumer dispute cannot be resolved directly, the consumer may apply to the Lithuanian State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (VVTAT) or another competent consumer-dispute body.

The former EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform is not referenced because it is no longer in operation.
