SmallRig 4770 HawkLock Quick Release Cage Kit for Sony FX3 / FX30

SmallRig HawkLock Quick Release Cage Kit for Sony FX3 / FX30 4770 is designed to protect the camera and provide accessory mounting points. The modular cage consists of a NATO rail and a U-shaped cage. The NATO rail is secured on the top via two 1/4"-20 screws and removed to allow installing the original XLR top handle; the U-shaped cage is fixed via 1/4"-20 screws on both sides and at the bottom to prevent twisting, with a cushion against scratches. At the battery door, a hinge arm fits the camera curve for an improved grip experience for a little finger. A dedicated HDMI cable clamp protects interfaces to ensure stable signal transmission.

The patented self-developed quick-release structure (named HawkLock) covers the cold shoe,  NATO rail, and Arca-Swiss plate. It is used in conjunction with HawkLock eco-accessories, such as the Top Handle 4483, the Side Handle 4485, the Arca-Swiss Clamp 4486, etc., to achieve smooth sliding in and self-locking to improve the efficiency of disassembling and reassembling. At the same time, it is compatible with the traditional cold shoe, NATO Clamp, and the Arca-Swiss Clamp eco-accessories. In addition, the cage has built-in 1/4“-20 threaded holes, ARRI 3/8”-16 Locating Hole, 1/4”-20 locating holes, QD socket, and strap slot, and can be expanded with accessories such as Magic Arm 3873, Top Handle 2165C, Rod Clamp 3598, QD Shoulder Strap, Hand Strap 3848, and Shoulder Strap PSC2428 for professional creation. A magnetic wrench is also included for easy assembly and disassembly.

Note:
1. When using the top plate, compatible hot shoe accessories include the Sony ECM-M1 microphone, Sony ECM-B1M microphone, Sony HVL-F32M flash, and DJI Mic 2 Camera Adapter. Incompatible hot shoe accessories include Sony ECM-W3 / W3S and Sony ECM-W2BT microphone.
2. Please remove the top NATO rail before installing the original XLR handle.
