Precise AI-Powered Presence Detection
The FP300 features advanced dual-sensing technology—infrared (PIR) combined with high-frequency 60GHz mmWave radar—to precisely detect human presence. It even recognises subtle movements, avoiding false “absence” reports when you’re quietly sitting or resting. With a wide 120° field of view and a detection range of up to 6 meters, it easily covers entire rooms. Powered by AI learning, the FP300 intelligently filters out common interferences such as curtains, fans, and small pets. Over time, it continuously fine-tunes its sensitivity and performance, reducing false alarms and becoming an increasingly reliable part of your smart home.

Durable Design with Extended Battery Life
Traditional millimeter-wave radar sensors consume a lot of power, but FP300 uses a more energy-efficient “dual sensing” mode. The infrared sensor and millimeter-wave radar are linked to significantly reduce power consumption and achieve high energy efficiency. FP300 uses two replaceable CR2450 batteries, which can provide up to 3 years of stable use in Zigbee mode and up to 2 years of battery life in Thread mode. You can also turn off certain sensors according to different scenarios¹ to further extend battery life and create a more flexible and durable smart device experience.

In Thread mode², it can directly connect to Matter platforms such as Apple Home, Google Home, SmartThings, Home Assistant, etc. without the need for an Aqara hub; switching to Zigbee mode³ unlocks Aqara’s exclusive features, is compatible with classic Aqara Hub, and can be easily integrated into your existing smart home system.

In Zigbee mode, FP300 can achieve rich custom settings through the Aqara Home app, whether you are a smart home starter or an advanced user, you can quickly get started.
