GLACIER 2g TG-04 thermal grease has excellent conductivity parameters, so it accurately fills microscopic spaces on the surface of the processor and heatsink. Silicones, which are contained in it, help to effectively cover the irregularities between the contacting elements, and the content of metal oxides influences the correct and fast heat conduction.

Two weights

TG-04 from Savio comes in two different weights: 1 g and 2 g. Thanks to the specially designed packaging, you are assured that the paste will not dry out after use. The product is designed for repeated use without fear of wasting it due to improper storage.

Safety in application

The thermal grease from Savio consists of metal oxides such as aluminum and zinc. This makes it non-conductive and very safe to use. You don't have to worry about short circuits or corrosion damage to the heatsink base and IHS.

According to tests, TG-04 paste has a thermal conductivity coefficient of 14.5 W/mK. In many cases, increasing the operating frequency of components results in excessive heat power generation. This is eventually taken away by the cooling system. TG-04 paste helps dissipate heat from heated components, resulting in increased speed and performance of their operation.
