AXAGON EEM2-GAM USB-C enclosur e Gen2 M.2 NVMe/SATA SS

Gaming external AXAGON EEM2-GAM M.2 box with USB 10Gbps interface for M.2 NVMe or SATA SSD disks. The double-sided USB-C connector on the box enables a reliable connection. In the package you will find two cables to connect the box to your computer. One USB-C USB-C and the other USB-C USB-A. You can connect the box to any free USB port on the notebook.

The transmission rate is up to 10Gb/s thanks to the fast USB 3.2 Gen 2 interface. The external M.2 box also supports other modern features e.g. UASP, TRIM and enables reading S.M.A.R.T. disk status monitoring information. 

A unique feature, thanks to the new chipset, is the possibility of using both M.2 NVMe and SATA disks. You don't have to think about what type of M.2 disk you put in the box. The advantage is the attachment of four different lengths of SSD cards - 30, 42, 60 and 80 mm. M.2 cards can be single-sided or double-sided. The box does not limit the capacity of inserted SSD.

A great advantage is the screwless opening of the box. Just press the button on the side to release the bottom cover. Changing discs is so easy and fast.

Aluminum box body and thermal conductive pad provides ideal cooling for the inserted M.2 SSD. This extends the life of the disk and prevents slowing down of the disk speed, so called. Thermal Throttling.

Inserting an M.2 SSD into this box easily creates a fast, compact and versatile external drive that can be used not only with PCs and laptops, but also with mobile phones and tablets.
