OpticBook A300 Plus
The OpticBook A300 Plus can scan an A3 page in approximately 2.48 seconds or 200 pages of 8.5 x 11 in approximately 20 minutes. A special design of the device allows you to scan any book without a shadow of the book's back and distorted text associated with scanning books, which occur on ordinary flat scanners or copiers. Pages are automatically cut and rotated to the correct orientation, and then saved to selected file formats, including PDF and TIF.
Unique technologies
Plustek has developed and patented SEE (Shadow Elimination Element) technology. It integrates refined mechanical, optical and software technologies to ensure clear images within 2 mm of the book's back. Thanks to this, distortions of shadow and text on scanned books are eliminated.
Easy saving of scans to a PDF file
Searchable PDFs provide greater security, reliability and ease of sending and exchanging documents while maintaining their original look and integrity, including fonts, graphics, images and layouts. The searchable PDF allows you to easily manage documents, books and images.
TWAIN drivers provide compatibility with thousands of image-serving applications, including document management, document capture, enterprise content management, form processing, photo imaging, and image management applications.
