Two RS2423+/RS2423RP+ units can be paired using Synology High Availability to create a reliable server cluster with an active-passive architecture, maximising uptime. The RS2423RP+ is further equipped with redundant hot-swappable power supplies to protect service continuity in the event of a single power source problem.
