The breathalyzer has a built-in air flow sensor, a system protecting the measuring cell against damage as a result of improperly performed tests, a counter of the measurements taken and a function reminding about the need to perform a calibration. The results of the last 10 measurements are automatically saved in the device memory. To minimize the measurement error and maximize the life of the sensor, the analyzer is equipped with a temperature control module. It makes it impossible to perform a measurement when the tester's operating temperature range is exceeded.
